Please read these Terms of Use carefully before downloading or using any software or services provided by MDHM Group, Inc. ("MDHM Group", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

Free software. Applications listed as "Free" are provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use them on your personal computers for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Paid software. Upon purchasing a license, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on the number of devices specified at checkout. A single-user license may be used on up to two computers owned or controlled by the same individual.

2. Prices and Taxes

Currency. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Where a price is presented in more than one currency, the amount charged is the one confirmed on the payment page before you complete the purchase. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or cross-border fees, which are not set by us.

Taxes. Prices are exclusive of value added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST) and any other local taxes or duties. Where we are required to collect such tax, it is calculated from your location, added to the price and shown to you before you complete the purchase. Where we are not required to collect it, you remain responsible for any tax due in your own jurisdiction, including under any reverse charge mechanism that applies to you.

Business customers. If you buy as a business and give us a valid VAT identification number, we may treat the supply as subject to the reverse charge. In that case we charge no VAT and you account for it yourself.

Changes. We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your purchase is the one displayed at the moment you complete it.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify or create derivative works of the software
Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software
Sublicense, sell, rent or lend the software or your license to any third party
Remove or alter any copyright notices or license information included in the software
Use the software for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

All software, website content, logos and trademarks are the property of MDHM Group, Inc. or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Third-Party Components

Our applications may use open-source libraries and third-party services (e.g. codecs, metadata providers). Each is subject to its own license terms. We do not claim ownership of any third-party components.

6. Updates and Support

We may release updates to fix bugs or add features. Free updates are provided at our discretion for the current major version. We reserve the right to charge for major version upgrades. Support is provided on a best-effort basis via our contact form and email.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MDHM Group, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant license.

9. Termination

Your license terminates automatically if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination you must delete all copies of the software.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the software or website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
