If you purchased a paid license and are not satisfied with the software, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date - no questions asked.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number or the email address used during checkout. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.


Free Software

Our free applications are provided at no charge. No refunds are applicable to free downloads.


Conditions

A refund may be declined if:

  • The 30-day window has passed
  • The license has been used to activate the software on more devices than permitted and there is evidence of abuse
  • The purchase was made through a third-party reseller - contact them directly in that case

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same license twice, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
